If we are late, will there be someone to help us?

We have 24 hour reception, there will always be someone at your disposal when they arrive.

If we arrive before the check-in time and the room is not ready, can we leave the luggage?

They can come whenever they wish and we will be happy to give them the room before 3 pm if there is availability, if not, they can leave their bags with complete peace of mind.

If I make a reservation and I want to cancel, do they return the money?

If you made a refundable reservation you can cancel without cost up to two days before your arrival.

If we do not have a credit card, can we pay by wire transfer?

As long as you book two days in advance, you can pay by wire transfer.

If I book a non refundable room, will I have to pay something when I arrive at the Hotel?

Since 2012, a tourist tax has been paid upon arrival. For our one star hotel, this is 72 cents per person per day, with a maximum of 7 nights (5 euros).
